The Rational iVario Pro 2-S brings the capabilities of several traditional pieces of cooking equipment into one intelligent, space-saving system. Boil, fry, deep-fry and low-temperature cook across two independently usable 25 litre pans, with the flexibility to run different cooking processes at the same time.
This particular machine also features the optional pressure cooking function, allowing suitable dishes such as stocks, stews, pulses and braised foods to be cooked considerably faster. Combined with the twin-pan format, it gives busy professional kitchens a highly flexible way to handle everything from smaller batches to simultaneous cooking during service.
Rational’s iZoneControl adds further flexibility by allowing the cooking surfaces to be divided into individual heating zones, while the intelligent cooking technology helps manage cooking processes and maintain consistent results.
This graded 2023 model is equipped with the optional pressure cooking function and hand shower.
