Foster Refrigeration has been manufacturing commercial refrigeration in the UK for over fifty years. The brand holds a Royal Warrant and is widely regarded as the benchmark for professional kitchen refrigeration, which is why it appears in so many serious commercial kitchens across the country.
The range we stock covers the key bases. The EcoPro G3 counters are the workhorses — available in two, three and four door configurations, with options for standard refrigeration, freezing, meat and fish storage. Capacities run from 280 to 585 litres, so there’s a size to suit most prep kitchen setups. Alongside the counters, we carry slimline upright cabinets from the EcoPro and Xtra ranges, including dedicated units for fish refrigeration. All units run on a standard 13 amp supply.
Foster builds with energy efficiency in mind. The EcoPro G3 range uses natural refrigerants and meets current F-Gas requirements, which matters for operators keeping an eye on running costs and compliance. Construction is robust throughout — stainless steel interiors, self-closing doors, and a design that’s straightforward to clean and maintain in a working kitchen.
