Imperial has been manufacturing commercial cooking equipment in Los Angeles since 1957, when founder Peter Spenuzza Sr. began making broilers and griddles for local steak houses. The first product was a broiler called “The Glowing Devil” — a detail that says something about the brand’s character. Now part of the Middleby Corporation’s family of foodservice brands, Imperial continues to build everything in the USA and supplies restaurants, hotels and institutions worldwide.
The range we stock covers serious commercial cooking across gas frying, grilling and cooking. Free-standing gas fryers range from 22L single tank through to 41L single pan twin basket models, with graded units also available. The IR oven range series runs from 4 burner through to 10 burner double oven configurations — proper high-output cooking equipment built for demanding professional kitchens. Chargrills, hot plates, griddles, salamanders and a 3 ring gas stock pot complete the range.
