The Blue Seal FF18 is an 18-litre single-tank gas fryer built for commercial kitchens with a limited footprint. At 400mm wide, the FF18 fits where standard fryers cannot — ideal as a replacement unit or addition to an existing line. A 25kW multi-jet target burner delivers fast heat recovery, keeping output consistent during peak service. Available in Natural gas and LPG configurations.
