Basket size determines throughput in practice — standard 400mm baskets accommodate 16–25 pint glasses or 20–36 wine glasses per cycle. Compact 350mm models suit smaller bars with limited counter space. Double-skinned construction reduces noise levels, which is essential for front-of-house installations.
Installation & Running Costs: Commercial glasswashers require a dedicated cold water supply (minimum 2 bar pressure) and drainage. Integral water softeners extend equipment lifespan in hard water areas. Energy-efficient models typically consume 2–3 kWh per hour during operation.
