What Is the Lincat SLI21?

The SLI21 is a two-zone countertop induction hob from Lincat’s Silverlink 600 range. It’s portable, plug-in, and runs on a standard 13amp socket. There’s no special wiring, no electrician needed and no three-phase power required — just plug in and cook

The hob surface uses 6mm thick Schott Ceran ceramic glass — robust enough for a busy commercial kitchen. A boost function delivers almost twice the cooking power of a comparable gas hob. Rotary controls and an LED power level display keep operation simple for any member of staff.

Key Features Worth Knowing

Pan detection means the hob only activates when suitable cookware is in place — a practical safety feature during a fast-moving service. Automatic heat-up, pre-set power levels, overheat protection and an internal cooling fan with changeable filter make this a well-specified, reliable machine. The stainless steel body cleans easily and is built to last.
