The Rational iVario 2-XS brings several everyday cooking processes together in one compact commercial appliance. With two independently usable 17 litre pans, different foods can be prepared at the same time, giving busy kitchens greater flexibility without taking up the space of several separate pieces of cooking equipment.
Designed to replace or complement traditional equipment such as boiling pans, tilting pans and deep-fat fryers, the iVario 2-XS can handle a wide range of cooking tasks including boiling, frying and deep-frying.
The twin-pan design is particularly useful where different dishes, quantities or cooking processes need to be handled simultaneously, while its compact 1100mm width makes it a versatile option where kitchen space is at a premium.
This graded 2025 model is supplied with a hand shower and 90mm plastic feet.
