Chargrill and charbroiler types
Our commercial chargrill range covers four main types: gas radiant heat, lava rock, charcoal and electric. Gas and LPG charbroilers are the most common choice for busy restaurant kitchens — they reach temperature quickly and deliver the characteristic char flavour. Countertop units start at 300mm wide, with floor-standing commercial charbroiler grills available up to 1,200mm for high-throughput kitchens.
