Meet the Models:

The Gas Fryer

Chips are rarely off the menu, and neither are chicken, onion rings and other fried favourites. With twin baskets in a single tank, this three-burner gas fryer lets you manage batches throughout service without taking up the space of a larger twin-tank model.

The 1000mm Gas Griddle

Breakfast in the morning, burgers at lunchtime and steaks or other griddled dishes in the evening. The 1000mm cooking surface offers plenty of flexibility, while its heavy-duty 15mm steel plate provides a substantial cooking surface for everyday commercial use.

The Six-Pot Gas Bain-Marie

Nobody wants to be hunting for hot gravy or curry sauce when orders are ready to go. With six separate 1/4 GN pans, the bain-marie keeps sauces, beans and other accompaniments organised and ready to serve.

Who Is It For?

From burger takeaways and breakfast cafés to pubs serving traditional favourites, there’s plenty of scope to put all three appliances to work. The combination also makes sense for suitably equipped mobile caterers. And if you’re setting up a new kitchen or replacing older equipment, buying the appliances together saves you £140.

LPG Ready, Natural Gas Kits Included

All three appliances are supplied LPG-ready, with Natural Gas conversion kits included. Each appliance also comes with a one-year parts warranty.

Installation, commissioning and any gas conversion must be carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer with the appropriate commercial catering and gas-type qualifications. These services are not included in the price.
