When standard dishwashers cannot cope with oversized cookware, a dedicated utensil washer becomes essential. Sammic’s new UX pot washer range is designed for commercial kitchens that regularly wash large pots, trays, racks and heavily soiled utensils. The two core models in the range are the UX-600 and UX-750, each offering the same wash technology at different capacity levels.

Sammic UX-600: High Capacity Without Excess Floor Space

The Sammic UX-600 suits busy restaurants, bakeries, patisseries and catering kitchens that wash large items throughout the day. Its 600 × 630 mm rack and 650 mm loading height allow staff to clean pots, trays and GN containers that will not fit into standard dishwashers.

The constant-temperature rinsing system maintains hygienic results on every cycle. A double-skinned stainless steel cabinet reduces noise and limits heat loss during service. The counterbalanced split door makes loading safer and easier, even with heavy cookware.

Sammic UX-750: Extra Capacity for High-Output Kitchens

The Sammic UX-750 is designed for higher-volume operations and bulkier cookware. With a large 780 × 700 mm basket and an increased 820 mm loading height, it is well suited to hotels, production kitchens and high-output foodservice sites.

Despite its size, the UX-750 remains efficient. The high-pressure wash system delivers strong cleaning performance, while controlled water usage helps reduce running costs. Clear LCD controls display live wash and rinse temperatures, giving operators confidence during busy periods.

Understanding the UX Model Variants

Both the UX-600 and UX-750 are available in multiple factory configurations. Each variant allows kitchens to match the machine to their site services and working environment.

• C models include integrated detergent and rinse-aid dosing with a WRAS-approved break tank for water safety compliance.
• BC models add an integrated drain pump. These models suit sites where waste is higher than the machine outlet.
• CV models include a steam condenser. This helps reduce heat and vapour release into the kitchen and improves working conditions.
• BCV models combine all available features. These offer the highest specification for demanding installations.

Electrical Supply, Delivery and Warranty

All Sammic UX-600 and UX-750 utensil washers require a 400V, 3-phase hardwired electrical connection. A suitably qualified engineer must carry out installation in line with current regulations.

Both models are supplied with Fast Free UK Mainland Delivery as standard. Delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands is available on request.

Each machine includes a 1-year parts and labour warranty, giving reassurance for kitchens that rely on daily, high-volume washing performance.
