A built-in sanitisation cycle helps maintain excellent hygiene, while optional Rainbow technology helps extend evaporator life and reduce maintenance requirements. Optional ozone sanitisation is also available to help prevent biofilm and microbial growth.
The My Ice App allows you to monitor machine performance and programme ice production to match demand, helping ensure a reliable supply of freshly made ice while reducing unnecessary production and waste. Touch-sensitive controls, HACCP reporting, USB connectivity and acoustic and visual alarms make day-to-day operation simple and straightforward.
