Do I need a water filter or water softener?
Yes. To produce high-quality ice and help protect the machine, the Maidaid SLIM M195 should be supplied with suitably filtered and softened water. Any filtration or water softening system must be correctly sized for the machine’s water usage and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations. Failure to do so can affect ice quality, increase limescale build-up and may impact the long-term performance of the machine.
