The Sammic UX-750 is a heavy-duty utensil washer and pot washer designed for high-volume commercial kitchens washing the largest pots, trays, racks and GN containers throughout the day. With an extra-large 780 x 700 mm rack, an 820 mm useful loading height and a constant-temperature rinsing system, it delivers powerful, hygienic wash results on oversized and heavily soiled cookware in restaurants, hotels, bakeries, patisseries, ice-cream shops and butcheries.
Its double-skinned stainless steel cabinet reduces noise and heat loss, while the perfectly counterbalanced split door allows safe, effortless handling of bulky items. Inside, the rounded wash tank, stainless steel spray dispersers and high-pressure wash system are built for reliability and easy end-of-shift cleaning. Installation & Site Requirements

Water softening: A suitable water softener is strongly recommended in hard water areas to protect the wash system and heating elements and maintain rinse quality.

Drainage: Where site waste is higher than the machine outlet, a version with integrated drain pump (UX-750BC) or a suitable external pump will be required.

Services: The UX-750 requires appropriate electrical, water and waste connections in line with the manufacturer’s technical specification.
