Lincat FPB5 Refrigerated Food Preparation Bar Saladette (Base unit) is ideal for preparing pizzas and sandwiches either at the front of house or back of house. Part of the Seal Food Preparation Bar range.
The FPB5 is capable of holding 5 x 1/3 GN, 100mm deep containers (not included) which is ideal for busy establishments.
- The unit has precise thermostatic control of temperature with digital display and high/low temperature warning, which gives the user confidence that their food will stay fresh
- Holds food at 3°C-7°C in ambient conditions up to 25°C
- The unit is refrigerated from the sides and also the well basins giving even cool air distribution throughout the bar length
- Fully welded stainless steel construction — which gives the unit a stylish look but also means that it’s hygienic and easy to clean
- Optional back service glass; self-service glass; stainless steel hinged lid; wall brackets; gastronorm containers and lids
- Its low profile enables it to hold 100 mm gastronorm containers
