Lincat OE8017 Four Zone Induction Oven Range has four powerful 5kW induction cooking zones, alongside a large capacity 4kW GN compatible oven.
The induction hob is incredibly efficient, automatically cutting power when no pan is present, thereby reducing running costs and promoting a more comfortable working kitchen environment. The oven itself is highly insulated, reducing heat loss and ensuring a more consistent temperature – all controlled using the precise temperature control dials.
