Lincat OD8007 Opus 6 Burner Dual Fuel Range
Lincat OD8007 Opus 6 Burner Dual Fuel Range is part of the Opus 800 range. It has a gas 6 burner hob oven with a fan assisted electric oven. The Lincat Opus 6 Burner Range is strong and durable, with fully welded stainless steel construction, Opus 800 equipment is built using the highest quality components, ensuring powerful performance and exceptional reliability.
Oven ranges with combined boiling tops are the general purpose workhorse in almost every commercial kitchen. Even outside of food service hours, ovens will be baking, stewing or reducing. Constantly used products like this need to be build to pass the most vigorous of tests.
Lincat Opus six burner gas ovens are British designed and built in 430 grade steel on the burner top, with double insulated 180˚ opening doors, side and back panels for extra heat-retention efficiency and safety. The ovens themselves have excellent capacity and are lined with long lasting vitreous enamelled steel.
