The Valentine CORE2525 brings the flexibility of two independent fry pans into a compact 500mm-wide fryer, making it ideal for kitchens that need to cook different foods side by side. Each pan holds 9–10 litres, giving a combined output of 40–52kg per hour, with a separate basket, oil bucket and crumb filter for each side.
The twin-pan design also gives you greater control during service, whether you’re keeping different foods or oils separate or simply matching frying capacity to demand. Valentine’s single-piece stainless steel fry pans feature reduced cool zones, while ECO mode, fast recovery and maximum insulation help manage oil and energy use. Gravity filtration comes as standard and adjustable-height castors make cleaning around the fryer easier.
The CORE2525 is supplied for Three Phase connection as standard, with a 230V Single Phase version also available.

FAQs
What if I need something with more power?
The Valentine CORE2525T Turbo retains the twin-pan 500mm design but increases power to 22kW and output to 56–72kg per hour.
Why would I choose a twin-pan fryer?
Two separate pans give you greater flexibility during service. You can keep different foods or frying oils separate, rather than cooking everything in a shared pan.
Should I choose Three Phase or Single Phase?
Choose the version that suits your kitchen’s electrical supply. The CORE2525 is Three Phase as standard, with a 230V / 64A Single Phase option also available. If you’re unsure, check with your electrician before ordering.
What if I don’t have room for a 500mm-wide fryer?
The CORE range includes narrower alternatives. The CORE400 is 400mm wide with a single 15–18 litre pan, while the CORE250 is just 250mm wide with a 9–10 litre pan.
Can I install the CORE2525 myself?
No. It requires a dedicated commercial electrical supply and should be installed and commissioned by a suitably qualified engineer in accordance with the manufacturer’s requirements.
