The Sammic UX-600 is a high-capacity utensil washer / pot washer designed for busy commercial kitchens that handle large pots, trays and GN containers every day. With a 600 x 630 mm rack, 650 mm loading height and constant-temperature rinsing system, it delivers reliable hygienic results on oversized, heavily soiled items in restaurants, hotels, bakeries, patisseries, ice-cream shops and butcheries.
The double-skinned stainless steel cabinet keeps noise and heat loss to a minimum, while the counterbalanced split door and fully removable stainless steel basket make loading and unloading easier and safer for staff. An advanced LCD control panel provides clear information, with quick access to cycle selection and real-time wash and rinse temperatures.

The UX-600 utensil washer is available in four factory configurations. All models share the same rack size, loading height, wash system and construction; the differences relate to built-in dosing, water safety and steam management options.
- UX-600C – Includes detergent dispenser and WRAS-approved break tank.
- UX-600BC – As UX-600C, with the addition of an integrated drain pump for sites where waste is higher than the machine outlet.
- UX-600CV – Includes detergent dispenser, WRAS-approved break tank and HRS steam condenser for improved working conditions.
- UX-600BCV – Full specification model with detergent dispenser, WRAS-approved break tank, drain pump and steam condenser.

Installation & Site Requirements
- Water softening: A suitable water softener is strongly recommended in hard water areas to protect the wash system and heating elements and to maintain rinse quality.
- Drainage: Where the site waste is higher than the machine outlet, a version with integrated drain pump (UX-600BC / UX-600BCV) or a suitable external pump will be required.
- Services: The UX-600 requires appropriate electrical, water and waste connections in line with the manufacturer’s technical specification.
- Installation & warranty: All connections must be carried out in accordance with current regulations by a qualified engineer. Incorrect installation may invalidate the manufacturer’s warranty.
