Its heavy-duty standalone construction features two separate welded tanks with an extra smooth peened finish, helping reduce cleaning time at the end of service.
Part of Pitco’s Solstice electric range, this fryer uses fixed immersion heating elements to eliminate oil migration through pivot components. Keeping the heating elements securely positioned within each tank creates a safer working environment while maintaining consistent heat distribution across both frying zones.
