The SLI42 is the definitive model for any commercial establishment where space is limited and energy-efficiency is paramount.
Equipped with a plethora of features and design implements, the SLI42 is the perfect combination of style and quality in an easy to use model. It is a four plate electric induction hob that utilises a boost function to deliver almost twice the cooking power of any similar gas hob. Moreover, the surface of the hob is constructed of 6mm thick glass ceramic that protects from rigorous use. A portable plugin device perfect for front or house or catering scenarios that also features LED display, automatic heat function, internal cooling fan and changeable filter as standard.
