Lincat designs and builds their Opus six burner gas ovens in Britain, featuring a durable 430-grade steel burner top, double-insulated doors that open to 180 degrees for easy access, and side and back panels for enhanced heat retention and safety. The ovens themselves boast a generous capacity and are lined with long-lasting vitreous enamelled steel for easy cleaning.
