LINCAT ECO8 Countertop Convection Oven is part of the range of powerful, electric counter-top convection ovens from Lincat with twin-fan air circulation, offering even heat distribution and reduced cooking times. This quality range offers a choice of two commercial ovens, the ECO8 and ECO9. Both accept 1/1 GN containers and feature water injection, as well as a useful cook and hold facility.
