Lincat CS4/G Silverlink 600 Electric Counter-top Chip Scuttle with Overhead Gantry 450mm (w) is part of the range of quality cooking equipment from Lincat. Ideal either for self-service at front of house or for holding food ready for service at back of house, the Chip Scuttle is designed to provide a continuous supply of chips and other fried food, quickly and easily. Heated from above and below to maintain an even temperature, the scuttle has perforated drain plates remove excess oil and ensure chips are as crisp as possible. The fact that both the drain plates and the tank can be removed makes the scuttle very easy to clean.
