To maximise ice quality, reduce scale build-up and protect your machine, we strongly recommend a suitable water filtration system. Hoshizaki specify the following matching filters:
- 4HC-H Single Water Filter (SKU 9320-51)
- 4HC Replacement Cartridge (SKU 9655-11)
Optional extras include:
- Leg kit (height adjustable, sold separately).
- Scoop holder kit.
- External drain pump (SKU S-32904) where gravity drain is not suitable.

This Hoshizaki IM-21CPE ice maker is supplied with a 3-year parts & labour warranty as standard, subject to correct installation and ongoing maintenance in line with the manufacturer’s instructions.
Please note: this product cannot be returned under the 30-day unwanted returns offer. This is due to the high testing cost after return and the potential risk of transit damage once the unit has been used.
Additional Services
