The Hatco HEATMAX RHW2-2 combines the functions of a wet-well bain-marie, food warmer and soup kettle in one versatile countertop appliance. With two independently controlled 10-litre wells, it allows you to heat or hold different foods side by side, making it ideal for cafés, pubs, restaurants and busy takeaway counters.
Whether you’re serving two homemade soups, keeping gravy and sauces ready for service or offering a choice of hot toppings for jacket potatoes, the RHW2-2 provides the flexibility to manage each well separately.
Unlike a conventional bain-marie designed primarily for holding prepared food, the HEATMAX features both Heat and Hold modes, with electronic temperature controls and automatic switching from heating to holding when the timer finishes.
