Delivery upgrades are not available in all areas, so please enquire before ordering. Graded units are provided with a manufacturer’s 1 year warranty. They are sold at a discount due to damage and therefore cannot be returned for this reason. Details of the specific condition of each unit are available on request. These Graded units come without connection kits, pipework, grids, trays, or stands.
For both gas and electrical appliances, ensure safe and proper installation by a qualified professional. Failure to comply with current installation legislation for gas (by a Gas Safe registered engineer) or electrical appliances (by a qualified electrician) will result in invalidation of warranty. Please refer to the spec sheet for full supply requirements and technical specifications to ensure a smooth installation process.
