If the site waste outlet is positioned higher than the machine’s drain outlet, a drain pump is required. For this configuration, consider the EG50ISD (integral softener + drain pump).
Is this model plug-in?
Yes. This version is supplied as a 13A plug-in unit for straightforward installation.
Who must install the machine?
Electrical appliances must be installed by a qualified electrician. Incorrect installation, commissioning faults or user-related issues are not covered under warranty. A warranty call-out cannot be arranged without the installing engineer’s details.
