The Carpigiani Synthesis 2 is a modular floor-standing gelato system designed for operators who want to make, store and serve gelato in front of their customers. Each two-cylinder module pasteurises, freezes and statically stores gelato independently, with each cylinder’s storage temperature programmable separately. Combine multiple modules to build a gelato counter tailored to your exact space and output requirements — no costly renovations, no large laboratory, just a single-phase connection and wheels for easy positioning. The Hard-O-Tronic® consistency control and LCD display give constant visibility of programmed and actual consistency values, easy to read and easy to adjust throughout production.
