Carpigiani Miniwip/G Whipped Cream Machine
The Carpigiani Miniwip/G is a countertop whipped cream machine built for professional output. A 2-litre tank and Carpigiani’s patented gear pump texturiser produce up to 50kg of whipped cream per hour — working by increasing collisions among fat molecules and incorporating air to achieve a consistently perfect result. Natural cream, vegetable cream and other cream types all work, with the air-product mixture adjustable to suit. Beyond cream, the Miniwip/G handles parfaits, sweet and savoury mousses, opening up a wider range of dessert and menu applications from a single compact countertop unit.
