The Blizzard BCC3PREPGRANITE Refrigerated Prep Counter combines chilled ingredient storage, practical preparation space and refrigerated undercounter storage in one compact commercial workstation. Designed for busy professional kitchens, this graded refrigerated prep counter features a durable granite work surface that naturally resists sticking, making it particularly well suited to dough, pastry and pizza preparation.
The integrated refrigerated ingredient well accepts GN1/6 containers up to 150mm deep, helping keep toppings and ingredients organised and within easy reach during service. Beneath the preparation area, three refrigerated doors with adjustable shelving provide additional chilled storage for ingredients, sauces and prepared foods.
