• Ambient gantries: single-tier models for display without added heat.
• Widths: a range of sizes to suit common hot cupboard, and counter widths (choose the width that matches your base unit).

Choosing the Right Gantry

• Width & footprint: match the gantry width to your hot cupboard/counter; check overhangs and post centres.
• Tiers: single for simple plate pass; double/triple for extra plating/storage space above the heat zone.
• Heated vs ambient: use heated for hot holding; ambient when you only need lighting/presentation.
• Power & controls: (typically 13A plugs) whether heat and lights switch independently.
• Mounting: post-mounted or bolt-through as per your base unit; ensure adequate clearance for lids and serving.
• Options: add sneeze screens/guards, end panels or shelf upstands where required (availability model-dependent).
