Five commercial convection ovens. Five price points. All 13A plug-in. From just £425 + VAT.

With a busy autumn and winter ahead, cafés, bakeries, coffee shops and commercial kitchens will be turning out everything from morning pastries and sausage rolls to pies, cakes and seasonal favourites.

Whether you’re looking to increase baking capacity, ease the pressure on your main oven or simply make better use of your counter space, an additional convection oven could be just the ticket.

That’s why we’ve picked five electric convection ovens to suit different kitchens and budgets.

Five Ovens to Get You Baking

Infernus INF-1AE Electric Baking Convection Oven – £425 + VAT
A practical, affordable starting point for commercial baking. It has four trays and a compact countertop design, so it’s a useful addition to cafés, bakeries and smaller kitchens.

Blizzard BCO1 Electric Convection Oven – £514 + VAT
Four trays are included, along with a stainless steel exterior and enamelled interior. As a result, it’s a versatile choice for baking, reheating and warming throughout the day.

Infernus INF-6A Electric Baking Convection Oven – £620 + VAT
A 108-litre oven that takes four 1/1 gastronorm pans across seven shelf positions, with top and bottom heating elements and a cook and hold function that keeps food hot until you’re ready to serve. As well as baking, it’s handy for kitchens that need to hold food hot too.

Lincat LCOXL Lynx 400 XL Convection Oven – £762 + VAT
A British-made 100-litre oven that takes four 1/1 gastronorm pans directly on the shelf runners. In addition, it has a 50–250°C temperature range, a 55-minute timer and a side-opening door with a double-glazed viewing panel. It also comes with a two-year parts and labour warranty.

Falcon E711 Electric Countertop Convection Oven – £1,230 + VAT
For kitchens ready to invest more, the Falcon E711 offers 1/1 gastronorm compatibility, six shelf positions and a two-year parts and labour warranty. What’s more, it can be stacked with another E711 using optional accessories when extra capacity is needed.

No Hardwiring. No Fuss.

Because all five ovens run from a standard 13A plug, you don’t need a three-phase connection to add useful baking capacity to your kitchen. So when the main oven’s full of pies, the pastries don’t have to wait.
