Williams Refrigeration has launched its new Jade MultiTemp counters, a UK industry first bringing a new level of flexibility to commercial kitchens.

With an operating range of -22°C to +8°C, the same counter can run as a fridge or a freezer, with settings suitable for chilled food, meat, cheese, ice cream and frozen storage.

Jade VJC2 — 317L
A two-door counter offering flexible refrigerated or frozen storage in a compact footprint.

Jade VJC3 — 469L
A larger three-door option for busy, high-output kitchens needing more capacity.

Both models feature Wi-Fi connectivity, CoolSmart touch controls, foodsafe stainless steel construction and front-breathing refrigeration, so no ventilation gaps needed at the back, top or sides.
