Here We Go Again…

On Wednesday 15 July, England take on Argentina for a place in the World Cup Final. There’ll be nerves, superstitions, and no doubt a mention or two of a certain “Hand of God” before kick-off. For most of us, it’ll be ninety minutes watched through our fingers.

For the hospitality industry, though, its about more than football. It’s a full house, a great atmosphere, and one of those nights when pubs, bars, restaurants and hotels really come alive.

While supporters analyse every tackle, save and substitution, thousands of people working in hospitality will be doing what they do best: serving great food, pouring the next round, keeping everyone smiling, and somehow making it all look effortless.

England have already shown what preparation, teamwork and composure under pressure can achieve — the same goes for every successful hospitality business, on match night or any other.

Whatever the final score, after ninety minutes, extra time or penalties, we hope it’s a winning night for hospitality too.
