Blue Seal EP56 Electric 900mm Griddle with Convection Oven is part of the Blue Seal Evolution Series that offers heavy duty quality equipment designed for the busy professional kitchen. This 900mm fan assisted oven comes with a 900mm smooth griddle plate however you have the option of a variety of different plate surfaces to suit your cooking style and menu. This oven is 3 phase and requires hard wiring by a professional electrician.
