The Blizzard TOP1500-14CR is a practical refrigerated prep top designed for cafés, sandwich bars, takeaways, pizzerias, delis and commercial kitchens that require quick access to chilled ingredients during service. Its compact countertop design makes it ideal for preparation areas where space is at a premium while helping keep ingredients organised and within easy reach.
Constructed from stainless steel inside and out, the unit is built for everyday commercial use and straightforward cleaning. The integrated glass canopy helps protect ingredients while maintaining excellent visibility, making it suitable for both front-of-house and back-of-house preparation environments.
The unit accepts GN1/4 gastronorm containers up to 150mm deep (not supplied), allowing operators to configure ingredients to suit their menu requirements. A Dixell digital controller provides simple temperature management, while the easy-to-use on/off switch keeps operation straightforward.
