The Evolution Series takes this a stage further with a sleeker, more streamlined Fryer range. The Blue Seal Free Standing Single Electric Fryer E43 is a highly versatile and robust single fryer. Its stainless steel construction ensures it is robust and easy to clean whilst its cleverly engineered front rail protects the operator and controls. Featuring a vitreous enamel control panel with heavy duty large capacity wire baskets and rugged basket hanger it also comes with a full 11/4″ drain valve and lift out elements for easy clean down.
