The PSR163 is a complete accessory kit designed for use with compatible Merrychef conneX® high-speed ovens. Ideal for preparing toasted sandwiches, wraps, paninis, and other grilled products, this setup allows for fast cooking with clean results and minimal mess.
The included paddle allows the operator to slide food neatly between the upper and lower grill plates. Once the paddle is removed, the top plate lowers automatically to compress the product and begin cooking — ensuring consistent pressure and even results every time.
This kit has everything you need to get started straight away, with spares and cleaning tools included as standard.
