Blue Seal E931M Electric Convection Oven & 4 Element Cooktop is a quality electric oven and element cooktop that comes fitted with a variety of kitchen friendly features as standard. Comprised of pressed hygienic stainless steel with two 2kW high speed hot-plate elements at the front and two 1.5kW high speed hot-plate elements at the rear, the E931M is an easy to use appliance designed with a clear understanding of the changing demands of the catering industry.
Ideal for baking, roasting and holding, the oven is controlled by a mechanical thermostat with a range of 50-270°C. It has a 60 minute bake timer, buzzer and features dual halogen oven lamps. The brand new innovative fan system produces an even and consistent cook, top grilling oven element and grill operating mode with a 4 oven rack capacity.
The oven has a vitreous enamel oven chamber, stainless top and sides and safe touch vented easy clean side hinged door that offers field reversible hinging.
