Infrico ME1003BAN 3 Door Stainless Steel Refrigerated Pizza/Saladette Prep Counter With Cutting Board, 355L is a refrigerated prep counter built for durability and ease of use. Crafted entirely from high-grade AISI 304 stainless steel, it boasts a hygienic interior with rounded corners for effortless cleaning. This versatile unit comes standard with one GN1/1 shelf and three pairs of tray slides per door to accommodate your storage needs. A convenient polypropylene cutting board is included for on-the-spot food prep tasks. The ME1003BAN is compatible with GN1/3 containers (sold separately), and for enhanced visibility, all models can be optionally equipped with glass doors and LED lighting (price on application). To ensure optimal performance, the ME1003BAN also features a replaceable door gasket.
