Featuring a fully automatic wet well with fan-assisted cooling, it maintains consistent and efficient temperatures. Adjustable shelves and feet allow for customisation to fit your needs, while a digital controller and temperature display provide precise monitoring. Self-closing doors and a replaceable gasket ensure cool air stays trapped inside. The GSS20 accepts Gastronorm pans (not included) and offers 1/1 Gastronorm cupboard space for additional storage. It also boasts a gastronorm well with a hinged lid for keeping ingredients chilled, and a separate saladette well that accommodates various pan sizes up to 150mm deep.
Two warranty options are available: a 2-year parts & 1-year labour warranty, or an upgraded 2-year parts & 2-year labour warranty — please select your preference at checkout.
