First, its wheels facilitate easy movement, and its single-phase connection simplifies installation. Furthermore, you can combine the different 2-cylinder basic modules to create a gelato parlor counter tailored to your specific needs. Specifically, the basic module comprises a workstation with two independent cylinders, each capable of pasteurizing, freezing, and statically storing gelato. Moreover, you can program the optimal storage temperature for each cylinder. Finally, thanks to the LCD display with preinstalled programs and the patented Hard-O-Tronic consistency control, you constantly monitor both the programmed consistency values and the consistency of the gelato being prepared. Thus, the display controls allow you to make real-time adjustments, ensuring perfect gelato every time, precisely according to recipe requirements.
