Parry 1887 Mobile Servery with Bain Marie Top
Parry 1887 Mobile Servery with Bain Marie Top is designed to maintain the heat within the hot food and plated meals within, in a ready to serve condition. Storage of hot food in ready to serve condition has never been easier. This unit is ideal for care homes, schools and community centre’s. It features four strong castors, two of which are lockable. The internal shelves can be removed to provide flexible storage. Both the hot cupboard and bain marie can be independently controlled. It has a push bar and plug park to ensure simple and safe movement and handling. Power: 2.2kW. Thermostat control to hot cupboard and simmerstat control to the bain marie.
