Roller Grill RFG 12 table top Single Tank Modular GAS Fryer, 1 Basket, 12L is is particularly suitable for the cooking of fresh and frozen food for take-away, food trucks, cafe’s, chip shops, etc.
This gas deep fryer features a double ramp of powerful radiant heaters positioned under the stainless steel tank. Piezo ignition is achieved by simply pressing both the ignition and adjustment buttons simultaneously. A pilot light allows for monitoring gas flow and proper burner operation. Maintenance is simplified by a secure stainless steel drain tap. Located at the bottom of the stainless steel tank, a dual-function filtering basket holder effectively traps residues from various fried foods, including French fries. The grid design allows you to fry items like donuts or whole fish without needing a basket.
This modular fryer can be installed on a work surface or mounted on the stainless steel cabinet MS-RFG 12 (sold separately)
