This unit uses steam to perfectly cook fresh sausages. A 200mm diameter, 240mm tall glass cylinder with a stainless-steel lid offers clear visibility of the cooking process. A heating element under the Teflon tank ensures rapid water boiling and steam generation within the high-temperature glass enclosure.
Simply set the switch thermostat to “max” for a 15-minute preheating phase, then switch to the “continuous” position for non-stop cooking or “70°C” to keep cooked sausages warm. A compartmentalised basket holding up to 40 fresh sausages fits within the glass cylinder. The two compartments allow separation of raw and cooked sausages for optimal food safety.
