INOMAK BSV7300-HC 2 Door Saladette with Display Case 232L is part of the Inomak range of quality saladettes. Established in 1976, Inomak are renowned for manufacturing high quality commercial refrigeration and stainless steel fabrication products for the food service and catering industries. Specifically designed for use in a variety of settings such as hotel, hospital and restaurant kitchens.
The BSV7300 model features a new design of glass structure, a digital controller with temperature display, ventilated cooling and comes with a long warranty period (3 years) offered as a result of confidence in the reliability of the Inomak range of it’s refrigerated units.

NOTES:
- Product should be refrigerated prior to placing in containers.
- Glass structure is fully assembled prior to dispatch.
CLIMATE CLASS:
- All fridges have a climate class, which tells you the range of room temperature within it can cope
- Climate Class 4 – ambient of 30C with 55%RH
COOLING:
- Static – cooling provided without any fan assistance, generally through a roll bond (plate), shelves (freezer) or skin evaporator.
- Fan Assisted – same evaporator as static but with a fan installed to assist with air movement for more even cooling throughout the cabinet.
- Ventilated – cooling provided by using a fin type evaporator and fan assistance this is a more efficient cooling process than just fan assisted.
