Built with high-grade AISI 304 stainless steel for durability and easy cleaning, it features rounded internal corners. The unit comes with one GN 1/1 shelf and three pairs of tray slides per door for flexible storage. A unique raised collar allows for additional storage of up to five 1/4 size GN containers, perfect for frequently used ingredients. While not standard, all models can be outfitted with glass doors and LED lighting for improved product visibility (price on application).
