Infernus Gas 2 Burner Radiant Heat Charbroiler or Lava Rock Chargrill 600mm. This radiant charbroiler comes set as Natural Gas. Infernus build high quality robust equipment so it lasts for a long time, giving you an outstanding performance.
The char-broiler uses a gas flame (a metal shield covers it for safety pusposes) to heat the grill. When the meat juices drip onto the shields and smoke they create the uniquely delicious char-broiled taste. Additionally, radiant heat char broilers use heat more efficiently, provide a very even heat across the grill and have no lava rocks to replace. Add water to the tray for extra humidity during cooking.
If you prefer the results from cooking on a chargrill with lava rock we supply a lava rock conversion kit which you can select as an option. Our products are made accordingly to many standards (like UKCA)
