IMPERIAL IHPA-6-36 Gas 6 Burner Hot Plate is part of the range of high quality hot plates from Imperial. Construction is a stainless steel front, sides and landing ledge for easy cleaning and professional look. The large 5″ stainless steel landing ledge is ideal for plating. Control knobs are of durable cast aluminium with a Valox cool to the touch grip. The grate design allowing pots to slide from section to section and accommodates a full range of cooking utensils.
