IMPERIAL IFS-2525 Twin Pan, Twin Basket Free Standing Gas Fryer 2 x 14L is well known among professional caterers for being a good quality heavy duty fryer with a variety of features and accessories. The Imperial IFS-2525 is of stainless steel construction, front door, sides and stub back.  Large cool zones helps capture food particles, prolong oil life and reduce taste transfer.

IFS-2525 PRODUCT FEATURES:

  • Plumbing: 2 x ¾” gas connections or 1 x ¾” gas connection with T-Bar fitting to split supply
